black screen and gold spammers

STILL getting the black screen upon exiting cut scenes. if ur going to continue this blasted queue PLEASE fix this. and for GODS sake do something about these gold spammers.. make it so u cant repeat messages so quickly, make it so if u repeat the same messages over 5 times you get auto-muted... SOMETHING this is getting ridiculous.
