Daily dash missing

So ever since yesterday when I first got disconnected when going through the loading screen, whenever I log back on the daily dash doesn't show when I first log in and the icon telling me that I can spin it disappeared and won't come back.

any idea on how to fix this bug? is there a button to push to bring up the daily dash?
