Lost data character

I created new character in Yehara NA yesterday and played then server going down. Today I login and I see my character lost data

The exact same thing happened to me. I leveled a fresh character to 17, log-in today and it is level 1...

Oh I in game and I see my character comeback lv 17

I read that happens when you log back in to the character, here is hoping!
