I already tried: reinstall the game, Delete game guard folder, but i still can't open the game.

Did you run it as admin?

 

Did you try compatibility setting?

 

Did you reinstall the NCSOFT Launcher?

Never mind, try this again.

 

 First terminate any process in your Task Manager related to BnS or Gameguard..
Then replace Gameguard folder in [C:\ > Program Files (x86) > NCSoft > BnS > bin] with this one Here.

 

1. Open "Run" (windows button+R) type in msconfig and go to the tab "Services". Click onto "Manufacturer" to sort them and disable/uncheck all non-microsoft services - temporary (including your antivirus software).
Restart and try running BnS.

2. Run your computer in safemode and see if you can run Blade & Soul.

Also make sure your DNS settings are set to optain automatically..

Well, thanks Ria for all support, but i still got the problem.

i just started having that problem now... did the entire msconfig thing
