Crashing When Entering New Areas

 I dont know if this is just me or not but for some reason whenever I try and go to different areas if I get a loading screen then the game suddenly stops working and force closes. If anyone knows how to fix this please say so and not say "Yeah me too" any help will be good d(ouo)b
