Chapter 8: Shroom to Grow quest

This quest is a level 15 quest that I did at level 13.

The screenshot above will show the message in the middle of the screen that I can not remove. I press K, and open the Martial Tome but can't complete the quest because I am not level 15. Are we to play 2 levels with the across our screen now! ?
