Not showing agreement

When i log into the game and i insert my passcode. Normally, it shows an agreement after but it doesn't anymore

 

anyway to fix this?

Yup... It's a random issue, yesterday I had this problem for 4 times in a row, today like 5'th time and no go :(

Yeah I'm getting it today, was ok yesterday until about 11pm as far as i could tell (cross instances server was screwed though).

Go in and wait it out till it shows, don't close the game~ If it closes down automatically then just run it again~ Just make sure it isn't still running in background, use Task Manager to kill any left over after it closes automatically~ Don't close it yourself~

Wait it out in the endless Dragon Screen after pin and eventually you will be able to get in, the Agreement will show~ The server is just too populated, that's why it happen~
It will be different later, it is only like that now~
Sometimes it takes a few running too, just be patient~
