Master's Founders Pack not Accessible or shown in game.

I first paid for the discipline pack during the CBT period then upgraded to the Master's pack. Since then i waited till the game launch and i entered to use the items the Master Pack offered.

 

I checked my game mail and i saw 2 mails, (1) Discipline Founders Pack & (2) Master's Founders Pack. I realized that they both had no Avatar Picture nor was i able to accept them by clicking on the TICK box. Then something told me to check around to see if anything from the master pack showed anywhere in the game....I saw nothing like it.

 

I checked my NC coins and i had 4000 present......strange......I don't remember a Master's pack having 4000 Coins so i want to know what was going on.

 

So far i end up using part of the coins to purchase a 30 day premium card, but why? Shouldn't i get 90 days? Why did i purchase extra premium in game? Where are the items and benefits from the Master's Founders Pack? If you check my Account you will see that I have made the purchase and if you login to my game, you will see that i have no access to the pack's benefits.

 

I would like to get the Master's pack that I paid for. Thanks!

Have you activated in your NCsoft account? If you already did, then contact support.

This problem has happened to my friend as well... Is it because they tried to redeemt he founder pack AFTER the launch?..
If anyone knows how to fix this, please help.

Okay! During the closed beta i activated the desciple pack, after that i thought i didn't have to activate the master pack after upgrade, I was wrong.

I saw 2 more codes to apply and i applied them and got the Master's benefits. Darn! Thank you Pe2ny
