I keep getting this error  after a few minits I can log in but 2 times so far if I do cross server dungion game crashes

Try this

Also change your DNS to Google

Disabling your antivirus can also be a key into it

I had this problem, getting the launcher message. I went into my firewall options and let the NCLauncher through. The game started up. Everything seems to be running well.
