Lycandi Foothills Lycan the Mighty Wheel of Fate

Hello NCSoft and BnS, after using the wheel multiple times the game logged me off with an error message (sadly I no longer have the description of the error message). I tried to log back in using the launcher however the error message kept appearing and couldn't log back in. I tried restarting my computer alone and that didn't work. I used CCleaner to clean my computer, restarted my computer and I was able to log back in.
