Im in (EU Windrest) after long loading screen after i wrote pin and no queue

i still can't get through...i input my pin but then i can never make it to the character selection screen...

If it doesn't improve I'll probably ask the customer service to freeze my account, so I can re-activate my premium membership when the servers are stable and the game client doesn't randomly crash after every 1-3 hours. I love the game, but the (in-)game experience has been bittersweet so far.

You gotta wait for a few minutes 5-10 minutes after putting in your pin.

From what I've seen it's the login server not the game servers, cause when I was getting the launcher error not even the NCsoft sites would load.

Also, the Blade Dancer I was leveling yesterday got reset to level 1 for some reason. Dunno what's up with that.

I have been having random connection drops and then I am unable to get in the game? Has anyone else been having these errors?  My internet was not out when these drops are happening. It has happened 3 times to me this afternoon.  I don't have an error number, because it happens so fast.
