They said on twitter it takes 5 mins from the time you get to pin screen.

same here too... i already tried fix it with changing the hosts file. i can log again and play around 2 minutes.. and it back to error again.

I got this for ages, and after reinstalling teh launcher etc now I'm stuck with the below message in this pic, the top one doesn't say CBT, the only way i've been able to get around it is restarting my PC and instantly starting the game before everything loads up.

its 1 programm that you run buddy try to find it ! try to figure out an unwanted programm of your pc while you running ncsoft
