Skill Use Lag

Ever since the servers crashed and were restored I've noticed a lag on all my skills in combat.  The rest of the game seems to run fine except when I need to fight.  For example, my RMB attack as a blademaster has been upgrade so if I chain the attack I don't need any charge up time after the first strike.  With the lag I can chain twice, maybe three times if I'm lucky, before I stop doing anything for a few seconds and it breaks the combo.  Blocks don't activate when they should if they go off at all, etc., etc.  I'm on Ikusanun server.
