Stuck at loading with blade and soul dragon logo on screen

Ive been stuck at the dragon blade and soul logo for hours now its just spinning as tough its loading ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game and even repaired files but nothing gets past this point. Can anyone assist me with this issue ?

it's the same for me, same logo and there isn't even a way to get rid of it from the taskbar which is weird.. i don't get any error messages though. it's just stuck there still loading since i can see my cursor showing that it's loading even though nothing ends up happening.

Yeah me 2, again. It used to do this a couple of days ago, after that I got the "error 2000" issue which went away after a day or so. Now I'm back to this problem, and this game has been out for a week. Way too many bugs, add to that the times spent at the queue.....

I redownloaded the client and it fixed it for me, I had to completely delete the NCSOFT and NCWEST folder.

 

This happened to me after I started getting the pvp 1v1 arena fps drop bug and also getting the same error occured bullshit crash multiple times.

 

Getting tired of all of these problems

 

Also when you delete the NCWEST folder you might run into a download problem where it won't redownload the NClauncher files from the blade and

 

soul installer for some reason, ANOTHER headache you might have to deal with lol...

have the same issue, game crashes on launch then the Blade and Soul Icon just sits there and never goes away, uninstalled and deleted everything, didn't work. tired of these problems man.
