Credit card payment has failed when purchasing NCoin ingame.

When I try and buy Ncoin ingame from the store I get this message.  Credit card payment has failed.  I can purchase them fine from the website.  Is there something that needs to be done to authorize ingame purchases or something?

 

I'm not getting any 404  errors that they mentioned the store was throwing today.

I would suggest sending a ticket for support or billing. They will be able to address this issue more in detail.
