level rollback in character selection screen

I was on earlier this morning before the servers went down pretty much all night. Went from level 19 to 23. I farmed 40 guard insignias in jadestone and the character screen is showing an incorrect number and not showing what I was wearing im really hoping my progress was saved. Im currently in a long queue and I cant login to see if it is actually happened or not. Is there any chance that if it really did rollback that it could get fixed? or is that impossible?
