Food buffs not working?

Bought some of the Hongmoon Dragon Soup and Hongmoon Riceballs. Upon use I get the Health back, but no EXP boost/HP regen buffs. Anyone else experiencing this issue so I can go ahead and take it to a support ticket to get my items back?

Is your EXP bar changing into a green colour? If yes, then you get the EXP boost. I myself haven't experienced it yet :)

It is always green for me due to Premium getting a 20% exp boost.

The Health regen from the Riceballs is not occurring either. It should put a 30 minute buff in the top left of my screen, but it is not happening and my character sheet is not showing any health regen benefits.
