i really   freaking hate how the game doesnt give detailed explinations on how to use ur goddam skills. how the hell am i suppose to use this shadow dance skill? it makes me wants to delete my account and quit this game altogether, maybe im just stupid

As you level up you get training notes that send you to training to help you learn these skills.  when they pop up your trainer will say "click the note cricket".  Also there are lots of info on fan sites.  I don't know them by name, but just type blade and soul fan sites and you'll get to check out a few.  Watching other players or just testing them on non aggroed npc's worked well for me.  The quest for training are usually purple icon.  GL
