Help with HP

I check another assassin that was the same level as me, and we both had the same base stats, but he had +900 equipped HP.  I also checked his gear and Soul Shield, they were both the same as mine.  So what else could be giving him + 900 extra HP?

Not 100% sure but ive heard u can get hp from dungeons someone told me u get 400 from the 20lvl purple dungeon if u kill the last boss 10 times
