E02018 Attentionnnn I HAVE Solved it

i got E02018 both when i was trying to download and after i downloaded it.
I was super upset about it but then i found a solution. I used Hotspot Shield and it works perfectly ( Use United State )

Because your internet provide is blocked it some how so what is does is unblocked it

Thanks for the help, this works. The first time I downloaded the client it did not, but when I hit file repair it went smoothly from there. Now I can finally play!
