more 4 game crash after downtime, before crash only when server fill up, and now even without queue was get crash :(

I just crashed as well.  Blade and soul Not responding. Again.  I haven't got a single reply since I submitted a ticket and told them I was still having the problem after doing what they said to do.  This is a big problem.  I have seen multiple posts about it. I'm getting frustrated.
