Random disconnects waiting in Que

Since the auto kick system was implemented I get auto kicked while waiting in Que, which is very frustrating when u have 5 minute in line as premium member then get kicked out and wait 25 min again. My friends have the same problem with different ISP, we all have fiber connection, so its not the connection quality.

Anyone has this problem? I did not saw any other topics on this problem.
