Character Rollback

i had made a new character and got to lvl 16 and then the game crashed because of the servers and now he is back at lvl 1 is there any way to fix this?

Are you sure you're still playing in the same server?

nvm i logged in and they are the same lvl so i'm good just on the main screen it said lvl 1
