Mouse keeps clicking through to desktop, Windows 10. PLEASE FIX!

I have it in fullscreen mode as well and my pc is still brand new and also have antivirus. But so far everytime I am in battle or fighting, I constantly click and then the screen will blink. Like it is clicking through to the desktop and asking to end process. Help if possible, my pc is running windows 10 as well which I had just got. If there is any processes or services in windows background that you guys might know as well that could stop this issues please let me know.
