Blade dancer lightning dash

I've seen other blade dancers around level 30 that look like a ball of lightning when they sprint. How do you get this?

You talking about just sprinting? Or are you seeing them basically zip at a monster and start attacking?

 

If it is sprinting animation, then that is a founder pack/cash shop item i think.

If that's not what you are talking about, then it must be the combat move. You sprint/glide, and then press LMB when you have a target.
