No "Dragon trade pouch" after NCoin transaction. GM help.

I bought $5 dollars worth of NCoins just to purchase the Dragon Trade Pouch, to my surprised there was no dragon trade pouch added to my inventory and my total ncoins was deducted by the price of the pouch. My inventory was full at that time so it might be the case but the question here is why my ncoins deducted if the system cannot put the pouch to my inventory? GM help here please!

Little cricket :)   it's in the treasure chest in the bottom right of your screen.  You need to claim it then it will send it to your inventory.
