Stuck in loading screen after entering 6 pin

I am stuck on the B&S loading screen right after I enter my 6 pin pass in game. The notice message which I can agree/disagree wouldn't show up. 

This happened after I was lagged out of the game when I could run but couldn't teleport/attack/talk/etc. So I force quit the game and now this happens. 

If anyone knows how to solve this issue would be much appreciated!

Whats lame is, servers are up, im playing atm, but my wife is having the same problem and cant play together >.>

Yea, First all chat stopped in game while playing with my roommate. Then I changed area's noticed my quest appeared bugged in some way, so I switch relog character, and the client crashes. Now I'm stuck on that same spot while my roommate plays xD

Just to keep people in the loop, seems to be a widespread issue, servers are crashing. You can find more on the front page of forums.

Happened right off the bat for me, running file repair? May just re-download the whole thing see if that helps..

It used to be just a blank screen, but now it says can't connect to server.

already tried uninstall, nothing

now it says "fail to connect to server" for NA. i tried to log in through EU, it still work just fine

Well shoot, that's frustrating. My friend wanted to try playing this tomorrow, I was going to hop on to see what the fuss was about. Hnnng, I was kind of looking forward to it..

eu apparently is up for play, america servers seem to have died for a bit
