Can't buy from marketplace

Has anyone been having a problem with buying things off the marketplace? I had a bug with the UI where I couldn't really click or search anything but I fixed that by updating Java on internet explorer. Now when I try to buy something and confirm, it says attempting buyout and then nothing happens.

I am having the same issue.  After about 10 minutes, I suddenly get "The buyout has failed" system messages.

I think its due to the issue people have started posting on the forum about not being able to log in
