are my specs Good or is something wrong?

Hey guys, im using a i5 4750 cpu 3.20 GHZ, with 12 gb of ram, gpu is intel hd graphics 4600, directx12 etc. What's weird is that in good settings the most fps I get is 10... I have to optimize for low end pc to get around 60 fps, But I dont want to continue playing with the game looking like a ps2 XD Can I get some help with improving my FPS? -Zedilicious

I'd certainly recommend getting a dedicated GPU.

 

Intel iGPU just isn't great :P
