Game Crash

this happened the other night, made me give up and try it again tonight. happened again tonight, not thinking what caused it last time i did it again.

 

when i go to upgrade my hongmoon ring, or at least attempt to even open the screen of adding modifiers my game crashes, not to desktop but it freezes and doesn't respond, last time i waited 15 minutes and didn't work again. it's really frustrating only getting to play 15-30 minutes after waiting 4 hours in queue. i really don't feel like leaving my game open ALL day, or play at obscene hours of the night just because the game crashes for no particular reason.
