Blade Dancer: T3S2 Multislash not giving Wind Focus?

The skill is supposed to provide 3 Wind Focus and then ready Rolling Typhoon. When using the skill that doesn't happen. Am i doing something wrong?

Gotta read the tooltip, only gives 1 wind focus on crit, not every use. 

 

On blade dancer crit is your friend, you will want as much as you can get.
