PvP and Clans

Im new to B&S, been playing Aion for 6 years and Lineage 2 before that. Im bringing my legion along with some legionmates. 

 

1) How Do I Create a Clan?

2) How Do I flag for PvP? I see people with red names, PKing me and others.

3) Is there Endgame PvP? Forts, clan controlled things?.

1) Clan overseer in Jadestone Village (also clans are faction restricted so all members of a clan have to be same faction)

2) Your outfits flag you for PvP depending on your faction

3) Endgame PvP consists of daily quests mostly.

I apparently somehow got a faction? what does this mean, how can i change it and what factions are there?

A faction is either red (Crimson Legion) or blue (Cerulean Order) that you pick early in-game. When you pick it, you obtain a outfit exclusive to that faction. Once you equip that outfit, you are now flagged for PvP against the opposing faction members who have their outfit equiped, which I am assuming are the red names you are seeing. Factions can't be changed after they are chosen as well. To un-flag yourself you just need to unequip that outfit.

Actually you can change your faction. It's from a clan overseer. There's a fee for switching though. The last I've checked it's roughly around 10 silver
