Can't finish the Quest

Hello, so I don't know if anyone else is having this issue but in Chapter 8: Pirates and Thieves, the quest where you are to go and identify the whereabouts of the stolen sulfur from Su Hwan in the Bandit Lair.

I can't enter the map: Bandit Hideout, regardless of the computer I use or the different location I go to in order to access a different wifi, I keep getting disconnected when trying to enter the map Bandit Hideout.
