Hongmoon Light Noodles

Hi so I bought this items the Hongmoon Light Noodles recovers hp and gives attack for 30mins. Know I have tried everything to get the attack bonus but it never applies is there something wrong with it or just doesn't apply yet?

I have not seen any food item with bonus stats to actually grant the stat effect after consumption.
