Character Profile Photo Won't Upload >.>

I've taken multiple character photots, tried all of them, every one gave a system notification in chat "Failed to upload character photo"
I read that changing the picture from .jpeg to .png makes it work, though the png files don't show up as options in-game.

How did you guys get your profile photos to upload? T_T
