Stock in queue

hello, im new to this game and i just bought a Signature pack so i dont have to wait too long on the character lobby, but when i log in, i still have to wait for queue and it says im not a premium member, do i have to activate it or is it automatic when u buy ?  

 

any help would be appriciated
