Wheel of Fate bug?

I'm in Foshi Pyres, and I have this problem with the "Wheel of fate". I got loads of Stalker Jiangshi's essence, but no matter how many times I press F, it will never spin. It happend after my inventory got full for opening one of the boxes. Even if there are none it will not spin, and another box I had on me became unusable, even after I sold it and bought it again, and restarted the game. I wanted to know if there was some kind of cooldown or not.
