Talus Insignia

Where can i farm Talus Insignia for the Reaper Mask? 

 

It says Acquired from Skyhaven Resistance Stronghold Commander Yongwan. But i cant find him. I found a thread where someone said you can farm 40~ within 30 min but there was no location mentioned where he did that.

40min what a lie hahaa. fwill tell how to farm that.. first u need the talus uniform, u can drop from the talus army soldiers. then u gear up and u go into skyhave stronghold ( south of misty woods) and u start farm skyhaven resistance insignias when u have 100 u buy the uniform then u use it aswell on the same place to kill talus soldiers until the boss spawns..becarefull each boss have around 315-350k hp,. sorry for my bad english in advance!! ive been doing this alone im currently on the 14 talus insignias, so far alone as a summoner it took me like 4 hours or something
