Summoner build?

Hi there.

 

Im trying to reach out to a good summoner that can give me a skilltree and some tips. I consider myself as a pretty good player but im stuck at 1700-1800. I know it is because i atm isnt bettter and deserve to be there. Thats why i want to improve.

 

So anyone? a summoner plz =)
