Insane lag?

In game, I start just lagging all of a sudden. I lag to the point where I mash left and right click but nothing happens. I run away from the boss and he starts hitting a random area and making my health go down. After I go down, I just teleport all the way back to a certain point I was walking around in. It happens at random times for about 2 minutes, and I'm just forced to watch as my health goes lower and lower. Sometimes, I disconnect from the game with the message (132,10054) or something like that right after. Most of those times that I lag and DC, my connection's fine. I mean, I'm sometimes playing other online games, like CS:GO or League, and I don't DC on there. It feels like it's only happening to me though, because my friends, who live pretty close to me, say that they have no lag at all.  Is there an answer to this insane lag that I have?
