By the way, does anyone know if they do any refunds for store bugs? I bought the Holly Jolly Costume, but they sent me the Winter Flower one.
Wondering if anyone's had similar issues before and if it was resolved.

Maybe it depends on what problem you're having.

I sent in a ticket requesting technical support, and it was answered within an hour(which is when I checked on the ticket). I honestly wasn't expecting this due to the forums being filled with people complaining about problems, and figured CS was busy dealing with them...

It might be possible if you can provide proof that you bought the HJ costume(I haven't bought anything yet, so idk about the process). Otherwise, they probably won't refund you.
