BnS Crashes/Freezes during loading screens

Every time I enter an area that has a loading screen, the game stops responding. During the loading process, it will stop responding, start responding again, and stop, and keep doing this until the game fully loads or crashes all together.

 

I have all the graphics turned to the lowest, I have characters hidden, but no matter what it will crash. I doubt it is a computer issue, however I will give my specs anyway, in case it is. Little disheartened, as the game took 5 hours to download, and I was quite hyped for this game. :/

Processor: AMD A6 APU (Quad Core, 1,8 GHZ)

Ram: 8GB

HDD: 1TB

DirectX 11
