Can't Open Dungeon Loot Chests

So I've had this problem since the very beginning of the game. I just can't open chests when I complete a dungeon. No green lights or nothing. My inventory has space and I've practically hit every key on my kb.

You need a key to open chests in dungeons.  Chests have basic junk in them, not worth using a key.  Don't worry, you haven't missed a good loot.  In fact, I don't carry keys so I am not tempted to open them.  Trust me, save the key for weapon chests.  If you have a key in inventory, the green light will appear.  If not, no light.

I have keys but they still do not light up. Support told me that they light up randomly, so there is never any guarantee of loot from the chests it is all random.

Nonsense, there is no rng involved a chest is always lootable. You probably had only hongmoon keys those do not work only normal keys do work on chests.
