Low FPS problem

Hey guys i was wondering why i have low FPS (20-30)  even so i change my graphique that don't even make any differences ... help me please :)

My specs : Nvidia GT840M  6GO Ram   i5 4210 U

I have exactly the same issue, plus game freeze for 0.5~1.0 sec each 15 secs

 

AMD FX-8320E

Nvidia GTX970

16GB Ram

Win 8.1 64 bits

Same Problem i try with anti alaising options in Graph try to put in FFA

Same Problem Here i put max or even low lags as S*** getting 10-20 fps GPU GTX 970 dont know whats wrong Nvidia Expirience wants to put ultra on it but it lags

well ppl say problem in  CPU more cores more problem ... but im not believe in that,
AMD FX 8150 (8core procesor) 3.60ghz
32gb of ram 1600 DD3
GF GTX 660 2gb
windows 10
Blade and soul instaled on SSD
internet speed 100mb/s

its simple i cant believe that cant be so hard fps drops and screenshots mode with system like that ...

im with same problem AMD FX 8350 geforce 770 4GB windforce  16 ram and i play with 5 10 FPS on Blackwyrm and Terrors 15 fps if some one have any awnser on thats problem
