Reporting on one character

The option to report bot or spammer and the main report feature, is unavailable for one character. I have it available on my main, and use it quite extensively if i find a gold seller.

 

I don't know if this is a bug or a feature. I would assume it'd help to eliminate double reports, but my characters are on different servers.

Is it unavailable after right clicking the player, or unavailble from right clicking the player name in chat? or both? I can't help here sorry but those answers may help a dev who can.

I right click a players name and the block feature shows up, but the secondary window that pops up does not show up. 

 

The report bot (i think above report function) is not there as well.

 

I just logged into my main, and just to check and see, once again, i have it available on my main account.

 

*edit*i believe it was a level issue. I reached 15 and i now have access to those features.
