Marketplace: Temporarily out of Service

There was an issue with accessing the marketplace in Closed Beta 1, which I read the thread on, however, I am no longer able to access the market in game when I've had previous access to it before.


  • Please indicate the country/State you are in when encountering this issue.
  • Please check to see if you are able to see the character information window (F2).
  • Clear your Cache through Internet Explorer.
  • After Clearing your Cache please check the Marketplace and Character Information windows again.

I am United States - Vermont

I can view the F2 menu.

I've cleared cache and restarted game, still doesn't work.


Any help would be appreciated as I would like to buy a specific gem off the market as I can't craft it :(



Edit: The forum's search bar also seems to be broken. I can't look for other topics already in this bug report area.

This is a known issue. Make sure that your Windows operating system is up to date. For more information, please visit: https://support.bladeandsoul.com/hc/en-us/articles/206867393-I-m-having-trouble-viewing-the-Marketplace-. If that still doesn’t work, please make sure to put in a Support Ticket so that our Customer Service team can get some additional details from you.
