Blade Dancer Part 3 BUG

I, i have been facing a problem in this quest: The Way of the Blade Dancer: Part 3

 

I do the right combo, 1-4-1, but it doesnt count, so im stuck in here. 

 

I have tried restarting the client, didnt help. And the Queue times, makes me not wanting to try restarting again.

 

Is there anything else i can try? Is there indeed a bug in this quest?
