NCSoft support bots don't support nothing

The NCBots only copy and paste predetermined solutions and not help. An administrator can read this and help?

ahhahahaha, i got the exact same copy & paste support. and after that they just stop responding to you. 10/10

 

edit: this was my experience, figured it was a bot right out of the gates.

Adding that I have the exact same copy and paste reply. The support here is absolutely awful, and since they have run out of replies to give my ticket they just keep trying to close it without any resolution.

 

Can't believe I bought master pack, NCsoft do not care about the customer at all.
