Assassin tab not working after summoner's cat grab

I'd heard about that bug before in cbt, i was in arena, cat used grab and although stealth "tab"  was available I couldnt escape, it just happened once though, seems this bug is triggered randomly, not sure if this also happens in other versions too but this is definitely something you should check.
