Cant see cool downs

I can not see the cooldowns for my EE or QQ dodges. or my SS back flip thing on my blade dancer. i used to be able to. but as soon as headstart started i can no longer see them. any ideas?

Have You made any changes to Your UI Interface placement?

i did i moved the blue and red bar to be able to see them. but i can only see debuffs...  i may be misatken. can you take a screen shot of yours showing cooldown

i cant see it too ， when u drink potions or exp potion u cant see the cooldowns or timer for exp pot ，UI has nothing to do with it

all effect icon not appearing btw i have blade dancer too

well. i dont have time for that in the middle of pvp.. its only 8 seconds. and i have a realitve idea of 30 seconds for my tab.
